1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the qu99 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, including any future amendments. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and qu99.

qu99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to the platform at its sole discretion, with or without notice. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the qu99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. qu99 strictly enforces a 21+ age policy for all users.
• You must be a natural person with the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable laws.
• You must not be registered or acting as a player on behalf of a third party or a corporate entity.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services or listed under any gambling exclusion program currently in effect.

qu99 reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals or bonuses.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the qu99 platform. Creating multiple accounts for the same individual, whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate permanent account suspension.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration and to keep this information current at all times. qu99 is not responsible for any losses resulting from inaccurate account information provided by the player.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Notify qu99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the qu99 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). qu99 supports a range of local payment methods designed for the convenience of players across Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, and Rajshahi.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your qu99 account in real time upon successful confirmation from your payment provider. qu99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and select Visa and Mastercard cards. qu99 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-72 hours subject to KYC verification and compliance checks. To withdraw funds, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• Your account must be fully verified with all required KYC documents submitted and approved.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully completed before a withdrawal is permitted.

qu99 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

qu99 offers a range of promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are valid only for the specific promotion period stated. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard rollover is 20x the bonus amount unless specified otherwise.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted by the promotion.
• qu99 reserves the right to cancel or amend any bonus or promotion at its discretion, with notice provided where reasonably practical.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to chip dumping, arbitrage betting, or exploiting software errors to gain an unfair advantage, will result in immediate account suspension and the forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qu99 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial crime involving the qu99 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in any unauthorized manner.
• Collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or gaining an unfair advantage.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person or using false, stolen, or borrowed identity documents.
• Exploiting technical errors, glitches, or loopholes in the qu99 software or any third-party game software.

qu99 employs continuous monitoring systems and works with third-party compliance partners to detect and act upon prohibited activities in real time. All suspicious transactions are logged, reviewed, and reported in accordance with applicable regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, and branding associated with the qu99 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of qu99 or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

Reproduction, redistribution, modification, public display, or commercial use of any qu99 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement subject to legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qu99, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to: loss of winnings, data loss, service interruptions, third-party software errors, or unauthorized account access resulting from player negligence.

qu99's total aggregate liability to any player for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that player's account at the time the cause of action arose. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the claim, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.

If a resolution cannot be reached informally, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration. qu99's decisions regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account matters are final, subject only to the internal review process outlined in our support documentation.
